Went for lunch today as have previously enjoyed the food here. Only a small menu, ordered pizza and quiche of the day along with drinks. Plenty of empty tables to choose from and it was not busy. We were served our drinks quickly however after a wait of at least 45 minutes I had to ask a staff member how much longer our food would be, she was very helpful and served complimentary drinks and checked on the order, saying it would only be a few minutes. When it came the food was lovely, tasty and no complaints. Such a shame about the long wait for food or the score would have been better. Not a place to go if you don't have plenty of time.
I have eaten at The Terrace many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the food is full of flavour.
Started off, really nice but as regular visitor, the menu hasn’t changed much, service can be very slow! 20 mins to get served isn’t good,
Faultless food, service and decor. A little gem and a visit is highly recommended!
