Didn't mind the hour and half wait, minded giving a veggie a pepperoni pizza instead of a margarita though! Called to complain and was told it was my fault for not mentioning they were veggi! Absolutely disgusting service
Worst takeaway I’ve ever had in my life order came to £60 and chips were reheated at least 6 times.very bad food for price. When asked for a refund they offered us the stale chips again and put the phone down when we refused.Dont waste your time ordering
I have been using Ariston since moving into the area. The food is always good, the value for money is excellent, the staff are friendly and always ask about my family, which I think is brilliant, yes, the shop has character, but for a takeaway food place for pizza, it hits the mark every time.
Pizza was stinky as if the dough was old then 2 days also the kebabs were slightly uncooked And the old man he made it worst no manners,loud and idiotic rants he need to be seen by doctor i am worried if his mental health is ok but definitely wont come back also retire that old man let him rest or give him some classes of how to be humble and polite. Also use some Air freshener in Shop.
So waited for about an hour for food to arrive! Food gets here and it gets thrown away! Didn't get what we wanted on the parmo , it was burnt to the point the breadcrumbs just crumbled off the parmo , the chips looked as though they had been repeatedly dropped in the fryer! The pizza looks like its been thrown around and all food was so cold! First time ordering from here and definitely the last! Absolutely disgusting!
