Exchanged our van yesterday. Excellent customer Service from start to finish, particularly Paul Q who was fast efficient and provided thorough handover details. The full English breakfast was a locally sourced feast, very helpful chef and hospitality service from Karen was excellent also. Would highly recommend, very welcoming all round. Well worth the beautiful N Yorkshire drive here. Nothing too much trouble!

Took delivery of Elddis Crusader Zephyr a few days ago, ahead of planned handover date, thanks for getting this sorted ahead of schedule. We have to say that to date the service and attention from this company has been has been excellent. The transaction was handled with responsive, efficient, friendly professionalism by Josh. The bubbles and dinner service were a nice touch. We love the van and look forward to many trips moving forward in Highly recommend the coffee shop too. A true oasis in the desert! Absolutely amazing cafe for breakfast when nothing else is open. The staff are amazing, the coffee to die for and a wide range of tasty food options. We are doing the coast to coast walk and they even did great sandwiches and cakes to takeaway. Highly recommended.

Called today to exchange our caravan for a new model that we previously purchased from Ellie. Today Josh made us feel very comfortable & nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole experience a pleasure.

Excellent customer service. We needed advice on the correct awning for our motorhome having previously bought the wrong fit and wasted a lot of money. The male sales person was excellent and very knowledgeable he patiently listened to our requirements and advised. We happily purchased our new awning. Had a delicious breakfast at the cafe too!!
