Excellent to deal with. Easy to phone up and check availability and price of parts. Also staff kindly get the parts out if you say you are going through for them which saves time etc. Friendly and very helpful people.
Fi was extremely helpful when we came to the store with a hole in our exhaust silencer. Although we didn't end up buying anything here and were recommended we visit a mechanic instead, the team were super lovely to chat to and offered us many helpful solutions for our car problem.
Cant recommend these girls and guys enough. I used the Brompton-on-Swale branch last year and it really doesn't get any better. Fantastic staff, parts where spot on and they even matched up two sets of brake callipers so may car looked perfect when they where painted. Great also to be able to get everything local too. 100% perfect. Thank you.
NPA are a really good motor factors, helpful staff who go the extra mile. Prices are very competitive and if it's not in physical stock they will get it for you, generally the same day.
Friendly and very helpful service, they always seem to have the part I need.
