Fantastic service from Charlie at Carpetcare North East. He was very polite and professional and went to great lengths to deliver a top class service. We had 3 carpets and a sofa cleaned and the results were amazing! We have a bulldog, so there was a lot of greasy/oily marks on one particular carpet, but Charlie worked extremely hard to get rid of these. Really pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended 👌🏻

After a delivery team from Sofology unfortunately damaged our stairs and landing carpet, we called CarpetCare North East – and we’re so glad we did! Charlie was prompt, polite, and professional from start to finish. He got straight to work and did an amazing job – all the dirt and grime is completely gone, and the carpet looks good as new. It’s like the damage never happened! We’re really impressed with both the quality of the clean and Charlie’s attitude. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be using CarpetCare North East again in the future

Leaving a review to say thank you to Charlie for his work today, and a job superbly done with an attention to detail I haven't seen before with respect to sofa and electric recliner that were all long overdue a professional clean and after 1 other companys' failed attempt. I was very anxious before he came because of an experience with an aborted, different company. I need not have been concerned; Charlie was far superior in his demeanor, his equipment, approach were beyond what I have seen before. Charlie is a credit to the industry and his hard graft really shows in his pre-work preparations, enquiries both prior and upon arrival, and all round preparedness to tailor the job to my specific furniture without having to ask. Charlie is very easy to talk to, personable and a pleasent conversation. The fans were a particular un-expected highlight (as a bonus to the finished product) in that the furniture need not be left to dry overnight because the fans get the seat, arms and backrest dry really fast as opposed to having to leave 24 hours as has always been with any other company I have used before, be it south east, north west and now north east of the country. The sofa and recliner now look, even feel, different. I look forward to seeing you again, Charlie. You are my now a requisite for sofa, recliner, carpets and in-house mat cleaning requirements.
