If I could give 0 stars I would. If you ring in to the office and have the misfortune to receive the Office Manger Cameron on the phone then I would suggest you hang up and try again. Heaven forbid you should call the doctors surgery for a doctors appointment (for a 6 year old as well). I have never spoken to such a rude, aggressive, obstructive and condescending man in my life. I called to make an appointment for my 6 year old and was immediately met with his horrendously rude manner for absolutely no reason. A very long unpleasant story short, I ended up at the surgery that afternoon with a pre arranged appointment for my other child and came face to face with this man who proceed to have a go at me further for daring to have called that morning for an appointment for my daughter. He was continually rude and aggressive, I was holding my one year old and had my 6 year old beside me whilst I was subjected to his tirade. When we left my 6 year old was in tears at how "the horrible man had shouted at her Mummy". Disgusting behaviour for absolutely no reason. I can see from the reviews here that this is a regular occurrence with this man and clearly being the husband of the doctor makes him feel that he can treat people like dirt and not have to account for his actions. I will be taking the matter further so as to try and prevent others from experiencing this disgusting behaviour.
