Clean and safe charging hub. Easy to connect, no app required!! But, we just wanted a top up to get home and got stuck as we, or the helpline, couldn't stop the charge. The instruction on the screen isn't as complete as it could be. We paid contactless with a card and tried to stop the charge by the same method. After messing around for nearly 10 minutes we called the helpline. The guy was really helpful but he couldn't stop the charge either. Turns out that we needed to physically insert our card into the bottom of the card reader to bring up the 'stop' function on the screen. Reported this to Jet Charge.
1 charger vandalised, 1 charger broken and the other was occupied by a poor guy who couldn't stop his charge because the charger he was on had frozen. Expensive and inconvenient thanks JET 👍

Easy to use charging point. 6 spots available and all 6 were free on a Sunday evening. Easy to use with contactless and easy to get a receipt. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 star is because it says it charges at 150kwh, but it only gave us 79kwh. At least there was a clear sign saying what the current charging speed was.
Best charger setup (including Spar shop and food options) I have used across the nation. Highly recommend.
