Terrible service, my van leaked oil everywhere after they did my injectors, they didn't put it back together very good at all even leaving plugs disconnected. They should have replaced the seals above the cam shaft but because they are lazy and unprofessional they left it. I lost 2 litres of oil over about 40 miles because of these cowboys. Avoid as they are super expensive and do half a job. *Update he is not even covering warranty if anything goes wrong simply because I gave negative feedback. I gave him every chance to put the problem right but he is a liar saying he reuses old seals! these seals are 16 years old and get got with the engine so they are bound to be unfit for re use. I was lucky I noticed the leak, 2 litres I lost and could have been an engine. you must avoid using this con man. he is a liar, a crook and has really bad working practices, just wants to take your money after a shoddy job. This company is a fraud.

I have a Vivaro 2.0L with a fused injector that most mechanics refused to touch, with one mechanic tryingb and failing. to remove. I took it to AP Autodiagnostics, who less than three hours after dropping it off, told me that the job was done. Yes it cost a few quid but far less than a new van. You pay for the ability of the service provider, and as the only firm that would touch it, and given the succesfull outcome I am happy to give a five star review and offer my thanks for a job well done, and a large amount of money saved. Would not recommend this garage, cowboys at there finest. Calls himself a specialist but couldn't repair our fault on our horsebox. He had it back multiple times because he said he could solve the issue. Then calls after we had spent over £1500 with him to say he doesn't have a clue. I would of rather had his honest opinion from the start and for him to admit he wasn't suitable for the job. But he was happy to keep taking our money.

Excellent service from these guys today! Came out and removed me an injector which we could not remove at all on a Vivaro! Highly knowledgable and friendly. Even had a stock of injectors in the van at cheaper than I could get one from our local motor factors. Saved me destroying a head and sourcing my own. Cheers lads

Contacted Tony @AP Diagnostics after a referral from a local garage here in Chester that wouldn’t take on the job of removing a damaged and seized injector on my 2006 Vauxhall Vivaro (common issue with these particular vehicles.After explaining the issue over the phone ,Tony explained exactly what he thought it would be and confirmed what a local garage had explained earlier.He gave me a full fixed price over the phone even explaining the worse case scenario that could unravel.He turned up when he said he would after travelling 3 hours to get to me and completed the job extremely efficiently, and the final bill was £200.00 less than he originally quoted as the job wasn’t as bad as he thought which I thought was extremely honest of him and he explained the process to me clearly whilst doing the work.I would definitely use him again and have absolutely no problem recommending him to others.If you want the job doing by a professional,you have to pay for the experience.
