I'd liked to say a very big thank you to Dan. He helped me today, firstly with a new wiper blade then later put oil in my car. It's so nice to know there is someone that can help a damsel in distress. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I'm very grateful for all his help today.

Best shop around the area to get last minute emergencies. The staff are friendly and willing to help if you're not well versed with cars accessories.

Saved my day, had a tire puncher going home from work on my E-bike. Called the shop up, dropped off the bike. All fixed up soon after and was able to continue my commute the next day. No problems with it being an E-Bike fixed it like any normal bike. Good service highly recommend

I’ve been in here a few times for some parts I needed right away. I’ve always had help given when asked. Some items have been out of stock when I’ve been in so can’t always guarantee I’ll get what I need. Pricing is quite high on many items, so make sure to check before making a decision to buy. Some products can be as much as 120% + compared to other stores in Catterick Garrison. I’m not comparing online prices because they will be cheaper, and you’ll obviously need to wait for delivery. I’m happy to support local. I have paid more than I could get elsewhere on a few occasions, and I accept that if I need something there and then I can potentially get it from here, albeit at a premium. I wouldn’t call it a Discount Centre. It’s more of a Motor Care shop where you might get what you need on the day, but you could be paying more than twice the price if you’re not careful. I get that there will be overheads, but the owner might like to do some occasional stock checks at other retailers within a 3-5 minute drive away as other stores ARE significantly cheaper for the exact same products. Because of this I try the other stores first. If the owner’s pricing was more aligned with its nearby competitors then I might head to Motor Care first. 5/5 for the help I’ve gotten when I’ve asked, but two stars dropped purely because much of the time I’ve been in they’ve been out of stock of the product I came in for, and what they do have in stock is overpriced compared with local competitors. If this was to be improved I’d happily increase my rating.
