I am very, very grateful for the help I got as someone who fortunately stumbled upon this garage with a tyre warning light whilst driving on A1 from Newcastle to Manchester. They were incredibly helpful and instantly assisted me with tyre check , air check and system reset Thank you so much for your help. Totally recommend as I am sure that their other services are as thorough .
The women on the desk was very rude to me and told me it was my fault for giving her the wrong registration when actually it was her fault for not listening properly. Didn’t get my oil change done as a result as parts didn’t arrive.
Honestly the best service i have received for car repairs. They fixed the issue and i was on the road the same day. Fantastic
