Down Range Ltd

We had a fantastic time at ‘Down Range’ Saturday 30th August 2025 ! A brilliant venue with a great variety of targets and skill-testing challenges to keep things exciting. I’m especially pleased to have made it onto the ‘Polo Mint’ wall of achievement! Huge thanks to the team running the range – so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and engaging shooting experience.

Goooooooooood evening Google fam it’s been a minute since my last review. I’m not long back from down range which is an air rifle shooting range, and let me just say this, what a hidden gem. I took my kids down there today which was there first time shooting and they loved it. I took my own rifle down to shoot and the owners were absolutely fantastic. As my rifle is new he assisted in zeroing the scope, they were great with my kids and their instruction on the rifle training was flawless. I myself did a little shooting, I spent more time chatting with the owners but the kids absolutely loved it. That’s Christmas sorted this year 🤣🤣. The pricing is unbelievable value for money. You book your lane, you get to use their rifle and they provide the targets and pellets and for the price you pay is unquestionably outstanding. If you take your own rifle it’s slightly cheaper. They have membership options available if you want to invest more time but overall, all I can say is wow we had an amazing time guys so thankyou. We will definitely be back again.

Been coming to Down range since it 1st opened nearly every week; 100% recommended for a great hours shooting. Friendly ownership, advice and help for air shooting questions; advice, selling pellets, 2nd hand air weapons etc. They supply a rifle and pellets, or you can take your own. Legal limit only on your own rifle which is standard for most indoor ranges. Very reasonably priced for the facilities you get.

Bought my 10 yr old son here since it first opened. What started as a little bit have fun has turned into a full on competition. He has become a cracking shot. Even completing the polo challenge first shot. Less said about my multiple tries the better. Great facility Great staff and Great fun to be had by all. I would defiantly recommend a visit.

An excellent session with my 16 year old son. Lee was patient and a very good coach (for me!). Great targets - different every time. Highly recommended for everyone - including the very inexperienced shooter.
