St Giles Farm

We had two splendid nights at St Giles. Simon is an excellent host and was very accommodating. We left our car their for the duration of the stretch of the Coast to Coast and Simon transported us to Richmond which was most helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with excellent facilities for our C2C excursion and the breakfasts were delicious. We loved the fuss of Socks, Henry and co. but we love dogs - and i must say, what's not to love. All of the extended family here were very friendly. Thanks Simon and co and keep up the great work. We would definitely stay again, C2C or not.

Absolutely ideal for the coast to coast! We camped in the garden after deciding to push on past Richmond, and the location right next to the C2C route makes St Giles Farm a great option. We were guided in by a procession of cows, and a warm welcome from Simon (and his dogs) was waiting when we arrived at the farmhouse. The garden is flat and tranquil, and we had use of the house's utility room, including a microwave, kettle, bathroom, and shower. Simon made sure we had everything we needed and then left us to set up camp and relax. He waved us off in the morning, rounding off a truly special stay :)

Absolutely recommandable. We were welcomed with a cam of tea and some cake. Very Level dogs as well. Showers for campers available.

Friendly and welcoming, camped, takeaway breakfast available for campers. Pretty much right on the C2C path. Be aware, if camping that you'll need to take food as no options nearby and just a microwave available for use.

A great overnight stay during my Coast to Coast adventure. The owner was friendly, welcoming, attentive, & had lovely dogs! My room was comfortable & well presented, & the breakfast was both delicious & plentiful. I'd recommend a B&B stay at St Giles Farm to anyone!
