Came here for dinner during a long-journey stop over. I was expecting typical pub food. What I got was a superb lamb rump, with moreish jus and properly cooked vegetables. Pudding, instead of the usual bought in plastic was a fabulous home made cheesecake. Perhaps the chef ought to audition for master chef the professionals. A long time since I’ve had a pub meal of this quality especially at pub meal prices.
