I have been going to BeatBodi since it started out. I have past knee injuries from playing netball and haven't been able to do much, that was untill I started Paul's classes. They are low impact and high energy, finally, I can enjoy getting fit again without putting stress on my knees. These classes are so much fun too, you get out what you put in. I'm 2 stone down, 1 dress size down and my fitness levels are increasing, my mobility is improving too. I'm on a long journey to reach my goal and with these classes they are aiding me to reach my goal a lot quicker than the goal I set myself in this fitness journey. I really do enjoy these classes and I will be booking in for p.t sessions with Paul for strength training. Paul is a great mentor and motivator and a fantastic trainer.

Great classes for all levels of fitness. I have been taking part in Paul's lessons for 10 weeks not taken part in any fitness for a few years due to injuries. Classes are a good workout but also fun.

I’ve just finished my first 4 weeks training with Paul and I’m absolutely loving it! He makes my sessions challenging but fun - perfect for me. He encourages feedback on all sessions and acts on that feedback to improve the workouts for me. I’m 54 and have always enjoyed staying in shape but have been struggling a bit in the last few years with recurrent injuries, some illness and some stress issues. I couldn’t seem to motivate myself anymore. I contacted Paul after reading his back story and following him on Facebook for a bit. He so obviously loves what he does and that enthusiasm is contagious. He has helped me rediscover the joy of exercising. I can feel a difference in mind and body already and am looking forward to seeing what my next 4 week programme has in store. Whether you want to get fit, lose weight or combat mental health issues, i would highly recommend Paul at Booths Fitness.

I found Booths fitness on a local Facebook group and I’m really glad I did. I hadn’t taken part in anything fitness wise for years but really needed to as I was sluggish and depressed but also struggling with back pain. Initially, I was so nervous at just getting in touch and meeting with Paul but I needn’t have been. He was professional but at the same time made me feel comfortable and at ease during the consultation. Paul has been great in helping me lose weight, get fitter, feel better about myself and reduce back pain. Paul makes tiring yet fun and I always come out of each session with a smile on my face. I have found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable in nutrition as well as fitness which has been really helpful. The time and care Paul puts into the 1-2-1 sessions is clearly visible and the home workout videos available on the Booths fitness app are always great too. I’m really grateful of Paul’s help! Paul is a great coach with loads of insight and knowledge in fitness and weight loss. My time with him has set me up with an improved mindset in how I look after myself. He’s a really friendly, positive person and I enjoyed the sessions 👍🏼
