I want to highlight a situation that happened to me at The Barber today. I have been a regular customer of this place for almost four years. Overall, I was happy with the services provided, always gave tips, and knew all the employees. On some days, when you come for an appointment here, you have to wait 5-10 minutes for your turn. But I always thought it was ok and didn't see it as a big problem. However, for the first time ever, it was me who was 5 minutes late today. Because of this, they refused to give me a haircut, and I actually think it was fair. But they also charged me the full price for the service. Even though it wasn’t my fault, I am in no way justifying the fact that I was late. But I do think it is unfair to charge the full price for a service that was not provided, especially when I was only 5 minutes late. Because of this, I am disappointed with this attitude towards me as a regular customer. I guarantee that I will never come back to you again, and, unfortunately, I will recommend my friends not to come here either. Sorry.
I am now a regular at The Barber Catterick. The staff are very friendly and they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Not only is the haircut spot-on, but the sunbeds and are top-notch too, Highly recommended all around!

My son has been using this barbers since we moved to the garrison in March..they are amazing and he has become super confident in getting his hair cut now , even sitting on his own ..which he’s never done in the 4 years of getting his haircut.. Harrison was amazing with my son and now he had his first hair it by pip and I’m sure over the next few haircuts he will be just as confident again . Thanks for been so patient and good with the kids guys .
