Convenient location, but limited spaces. Payment machine is cash only, or can be done on some app which I didn't understand. Up to 30 minutes is 70p but then the next duration, up to an hour, is £2. How does that make sense?
Close to falls but that's the only real positive. Grubby toilets which cost a further 20p. Parking is 70p for up to 30 minutes and cash only. Generally quite inconvenient.
Good location for a walk along the river but a few problems. First it's a small car park and is expensive, second the payment machine only accepts cash and when we arrived it was broken. And finally the payment app is RingGo which was hopeless in all respects. Wouldn't send a text to our mobile(s) to confirm the account etc. despite mobiles working fine (we sent texts to check). We reported the problems to the parking warden. I think best avoided.
Ideal parking for visiting the falls. £3.00 for 2 hours parking (cash required for machine). There were not many spaces, but there were only 3 taken on our visit. Toilet block on site, too, think.theres a 20p fee to be able to unlock doors.
I'm afraid not much water. But some nice walks along the riverside.
