Bronzed Catterick Garrison

I’ve been to Bronzed multiple times for spray tans. When I first came for one, i was super nervous but the lady doing my tan made me feel comfortable and confident and I absolutely loved my tan! I have never gone anywhere else :) All of the staff are so helpful and make the experience enjoyable and easy, they make sure you know how to get the most out of your tan with aftercare and how to make sure you prepare for it correctly, I will definitely be coming back! Thankyou so much :)

Went to see Naomi for appointments. She's so lovely and friendly. Feel at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend. They also sell things in the reception area. I love the balloon dog!

I went to Bronze Tanning in Catterick, and it was honestly a disaster. The sunbed was broken—one tube was missing, and half the face tanners didn’t work, so half my face got tanned and the other half didn’t. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, her attitude was terrible. Instead of apologizing, she said, “Just don’t ask for it next time.” When I pointed out that I had never used that sunbed before and didn’t know to ask, she basically told me, “Well, you could’ve laid at the other end of the sunbed.” But there are no face tanners at the other end, so why should I have to do that? I have paid for a service why would not be allowed what I have paid for if I was warned before I went on I would of waited for another sunbed or if they said the face tanners don’t work on that one we could give you a discount that’s fair enough but I didn’t have a choose and it was my fault for not saying I didn’t want it when I never even used it before When I asked for some or extra time next time or something to compensate , I was just met with more indifference. The whole experience was really frustrating, and it’s clear their customer service is just awful. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Bronze Tanning to anyone really disappointed

Came here around a month ago, welcomed nicely straight away by friendly staff, directed on how to use the sunbeds and directions on creams, really good sunbeds. Would always recommend
