If I could give zero stars I would. I should gave known something wasn’t right, when it took me 3 days to try and rearrange an appointment I had in December with little response. That rearranged appointment was today, when nobody turned up. I arrived to a completely empty salon. Nobody called to cancel my appointment and trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. Absolutely ridiculous.

Incredible facial yesterday by Amy. As always, I cannot fault the treatment I receive whether it’s a brow wax, lash lift, brown tint or facial, I always leave the salon 100% satisfied with the treatment. Lovely beauty rooms, fantastic treatments and such a warm and friendly experience by Amy each time. Thanks Amy, I’ll be back really soon.

Been for a couple treatments with Amy at house of serenity in colburn and both were a really lovely experience with a wonderful member of staff. Always made me feel at ease felt very pampered afterwards.
