unfortunately i can’t remember the name of the three ladies that helped me but i had an amazing experience they were all so lovely and helpful couldn’t of asked for better staff

Absolutely shocking.. never get appointments, always on hold for 30 minutes and longer..doctors rush to see you then leave with absolutely nothing no information or helping with whatever. Might as well not go to these as waste of your time n nothing gets sorted.

The nurses seeing children are brilliant, I find the receptionist screen to be quite odd though and off putting it doesn't feel.welcoming when you walk in and see a person sat behind a shut screen ignoring you. Also the waiting room is very much aimed at adults with absolutely nothing for children. Considering the size of it they could make an area specially for children to keep them entertained while they wait to see the doctor.

Dr Wild has been outstanding @ Harewood. Have seen many other doctors at other surgeries in the area about a longstanding stomach problem. Dr Wild was the first to track down the papers from a surgery in another part of the country where I was in 2011 and to go the extra mile. Well impressed and highly recommended.

I only used this practice for addiction concerns. Avoid like the plaque as the lady who ran the addiction programmes decided to false diagnosis me to which in my response led to me walking away. Upon asking for my discharge I refused and told her police would be involved she then decided as a nice helpful person as she is to inform the garrison med centre that I am an alcoholic which has jeopardized my career slightly. Seek help? Seek the professionals cos if it's not her way then god be with you. Don't worry cos legal action is always there.
