French Connections

Public Since early 2014 it has been a pleasure to work and join forces with Izzy and Laura, the FC team. (I advertise my Holiday Gite in Occitanie for rental during the summer months). They listen, are responsive, propose solutions - give support, encouragement and invaluable advice - with immense curtesy and patience. The annual cost to publish an advert is reasonable, in fact very competitive. Owners get direct access to potential clients. There are no booking fees and their format is well structured and user friendly. To summarise FC are professionals, honest, independent ‘brokers' in a secteur dominated by less than a handful of major players. I am a real fan and can recommend their site and services to holiday makers and property owners alike.

It has proved to be the best site without doubt for us to advertise with in terms of outstanding customer service, a user-friendly site to complete and update, along with the all-important fact that it attracts visitors looking for somewhere to stay in France. We have been with French Connections for quite a few years and have never had a problem dealing with them. They are quick and efficient and most of all helpful and are happy to advise on advertising too. I have been using French Connections since 2006. They have brought me in a huge amount of income and their charges are not unreasonable. BUT, the real value of French Connections is you can talk to real people and get any problems sorted quickly by people that actually speak your own language. You wont believe the problems I have had with AirBnB and Trip Advisor. They simply do not understand the holiday rental market in France. For the last 15 years we have advertised our gîtes in Normandy on the frenchconnections website and have always received a first class service. Their website is easy to navigate and any query / question was dealt with upmost efficiency. The main reason we liked frenchconnections was because we dealt with the customer directly, no middle person. Also, when the pandemic hit frenchconnections did all they could to keep the likes of us gîtes owners going. It will be a sad moment for us when we say goodbye in August as we have moved onto the next chapter of our lives but if you are looking for a booking platform where you are in charge but knowing there is someone to call-on in an instance if you have a problem well, look no further than frenchconnections, you will not be disappointed.
