Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend. I have visited this salon four times since June due to its convenient location and being new to the area. Unfortunately, each visit has been consistently disappointing. I encountered rude manners and an unprofessional tone on all four occasions, both in person and over the phone, from the blonde hairdresser who served me. Despite making appointments, I often felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Basic, commonly known haircut requests such as a French bob or Italian bob were not understood, which was surprising and frustrating. On one visit, the right side of my hair was left noticeably longer than the left and had to be corrected at another salon. The salon has also been neither polite nor accommodating when discussing appointments or availability. Even a simple fringe trim, which they advertise as a service and takes only a few minutes, required a timed appointment. I was essentially told there was no availability due to childcare needs, as the salon was closing in 30 minutes. While the circumstance was understandable, the tone used and the lack of effort to suggest alternative options felt unnecessary and dismissive. I had driven an hour from work to arrive at 17:00—half an hour before closing—with the intention of booking both a fringe trim and a full wash, cut, and blow-dry. However, the attitude I encountered completely changed my mind, and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was offered a single appointment time (10:30 on a weekday), and when I explained that I work at that time and would need something after 16:00, no further effort was made to find a suitable alternative. Overall, the attitude, lack of courtesy, and unwillingness to accommodate customers have led me to decide not to return. I would not recommend this salon. .

Booked in a a birthday treat from my daughter, had a wash, cut and blow dry with Daisy, very knowledgeable, very experienced and professional lady, thankyou, very happy with the service you provided. Will definitely be back ✂

I took my son here today for his first haircut. The lady was absolutely amazing with him and made the experience so easy. We will definitely be returning, thank you so much!
