They are lovely staff but sadly I wouldn’t rate it He still smelled and I ask her not to cut his ear hair and it looks as she not even washed his hair or brushed his ears on face area as he has sleet still around his eyes and his ears were scruffy! Maybe ideal for a wash but wouldn’t take him there again

Roxy our Labrador went today for a full groom. The staff are fantastic,really friendly and just great with the dogs. Roxy looks and smells amazing. I would definitely recommend the Groom Room.

Completely missed the appointment (husband gave me the wrong time) and they still managed to fit Alfie in! Always had amazing service and the staff are incredible too!

Rude customer service, very unhelpful, I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my dog there once more. Won't be booking here again.
