Excellent and straightforward service. Took my iphone 13 in as I thought that the screen had broken, turns out that it hadn't, just the screen protector. New one fitted with no fuss. Thank you.

Charged £95 for new phone screen phoned up to say hasn't been same camera/video blue in color and top of screen wasn't fitted properly with gap through. Looked like wrong size screen been fitted for the phone. Phoned up was told nothing they can do regarding that part as already glued together. Was told if anything else goes wrong with screen then to bring in and will take a look. This poorly fitted screen then started to get a crack in the part I phoned about it not fitting properly. Phoned up was told well if you bought it in that other time I phoned he could of sorted it then. Asked me to bring it down to take a look. Told me now as crack in he cannot do anything but to put new screen on and cheapest he can do screen will charge me £60. Refuse to accept any responsibility didn't have clue what he was going on about. Space of 4days and this what they could offer even though phoned up about screen fitting problem to be told nothing can do as already been glued. Robbing Ba**ta*ds.. Will be taking this further need to be ashamed of yourselves.

This is a cash only shop and receipt is issued on request. Although battery was replaced quickly I had to go out and get cash to pay and notice there was no sim recognized. I had to get this sorted when I went back in to pay. I was told to put my phone on charge. After doing this my phone now closes down every few minutes even though there is a plenty of life in the battery. I took it back in this weekend and the polite young man is now taking another look. Fingers crossed he can sort it. My original post was a one star review. Perhaps a bit hasty as he seemed willing to help today.

Went in today as my phone was playing up, the gentlemen who was incredibly friendly, polite and professional had it sorted in no time!! ( he knows his stuff!) Before I left he made sure I checked everything was working correctly and even checked my new case fitted well! Excellent service!!!

I’ve changed my iPhone’s screen there a few times. First times there was a friendly guy who fixed it and gave me a good service. Last time there was a different guy who didn’t give me a good feeling. When I asked him for a quote he called someone in a foreign language and charged me 15£ more than last times I changed my screen there. After that my phone shut down and I took it back to check that all was ok, He ended up charging me 25£ for a software problem that he couldn’t explain me what it was and just said that he conected it to the computer. That same problem happened today and it took me literally 5 seconds to fix it myself just by looking in google. Guess that was my fault for not googling it before
