Back from France after 20 years away and was looking for a recommendation for a reasonably priced mechanic and by luck Craig came up. Absolute gem. Solid lad, solid price solid work. If you are running a vehicle that can be "operated on" by a mechanic outside of the dealership such as mine. Older, with less computer electronics you would do well to give Mr Thompson a call. They first visit I had was a terrible noise and wobble which on diagnosis was the two loose wheel nuts which had not been put back on properly by a reputable but expensive garage close by. I had no idea and some in the trade would have a field day with my bank account but he simply slipped 3 new nuts on ( one was missing altogether) and when I picked it up asked for a tenner. I was sold then. That is how to write a review! 5 star service by a 5 star guy.

Craig fixed all the problems of my car, I drove 50 mins to the garage and totally worth it. Great service, fair price, highly recommend.
