The food and Chicken was okay, I think it could use a bit of improvement, but the service from Zaiba was outstanding. She was so lovely and made the whole experience much better than expected. She is a credit to the shop. employees like her are what keep customers returning!
I always order the grilled peri combo and it always tastes AMAZING! Currently waiting on my order and I just can’t wait to have my dinner. The gentleman are polite and the food is very quickly done and always fresh.
I’ve been to this branch previously and i was served by Akleem and he has really bad customer service skills and a really bad attitude. He always slams the receipt on top of the counter with an attitude. I ordered a honey chilli rice bowl and only realised when i got home, there was only abit of rice and a couple of pieces of cabbage, horrendous experience, won’t be going back.
Visited Today for the Second Time. I can honestly say that service and food quality was definitely different as compared to last time. The gentleman on the front was so rude and basically pushing me to complete my order so he can back and chat to his mates in the kitchen. Wings were dry, chips were cold and soggy despite me ordering in store and eating in. My mountain burger, hash brown was extra hot where the chicken fillet was cold and dry. Over all it was a bad experience. Probably will take a break from visiting again.
Delicious burgers, chicken and lots of different choices, Occasionally too much sauce but it's better than not enough.. Food is yummy and we always enjoy what we get from here.. The purple coleslaw is missed though... They recently changed it.. And salad is varied and always fresh and crisp unlike some takeaways , staff a friendly and helpful.. Looking forward to our next visit
