The buying experience with Graham was excellent. I couldn't fault anything. We did the deal over the phone and confirmed the part exchange price. Graham delivered the car to me in Cornwall, and took mine back. He did not require the full payment until the car was delivered.I would recommend Walker Pratt to anyone.

We searched high and low for a car which had literally everything on it which we was after and was within our budget. We arranged to visit Walker Pratt Automotive too see the car and through out the viewing process Graham was nothing but informative, professional and friendly. We never felt pressured to leave a deposit or purchase the car. We decided to buy the car as it ticked all the boxes and we couldn't be happier. Delivery was a great touch as not many company's deliver car's to customers. We were kept informed of what time Graham would be arriving and the whole process was simply a breeze and very informative from start to finish. One thing which I feel I should say is, Graham is a genuine guy and will do all he can to ensure you are satisfied with your search for a new car. After purchasing the car and everyone being happy we noticed DAB was in fact missing even though we were sure it was fitted to the car. Graham sent a courtesy email to ask how we were getting on and hoped we are enjoying the car. We mentioned we were ecstatic but a bit gutted to find it didn't have DAB as we thought it did, and to my surprise Graham offered to send back £150 so we could retrofit a DAB unit in the car. This was a fantastic gesture and thoroughly appreciated as we now have digital radio. I would have no hesitation in recommended Walker Pratt Automotive to friends or family and will definitely check them out when it comes to my next car.

Great service from Graham, the car we originally wanted had just been sold but he recommended a very similar one with great mileage, even managing to deliver to us in these difficult times. Graham never once forced us into making a deal, he maintained a professional standard throughout and upon receiving the car it was in great condition. All in all, a fantastic car from a good guy 👍🏽
