Newton Surgery

I have been a patient since DR Hunjin run the practice and I have never had a complaint with any of the GPs. They are all respectful and listen. I was registered at 2 other GP surgeries and moved as the GPs would write the prescription or notes before you had finished speaking, and that was when GPs and the NHS had far less pressures on them. I trust this GP surgery with my health and well-being as well as those of my family. I also recommend this surgery to others, although selfishly I don't want everyone to join, just so that the quality of care and compassion to decrease due to volume of patients. I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this surgery over 20 years ago. I would not like to try my luck somewhere else. I have not come across anyone personally or professionally who speaks highly of their GP or has said that they are satisfied. A lot of people are complaining. I am not sure if they have terrible GPs or misunderstand the pressure GPs are under these days, that I can not comment on. They are however expressing dissatisfaction. I am very grateful for my GP surgery and the staff teams they have around them. They do there best and I want to say THANK YOU. The GPs here are the epitome of excellence and quality care.

An outstanding GP who truly embodies what it means to be a caring and attentive doctor. I've always felt heard during my appointments, as he takes the time to listen patiently to all of my concerns. His ability to explain complex medical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way is truly remarkable. Dr. Khan's compassionate and thorough approach to patient care is second to none, and I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

I called in the morning due to an ongoing cough and I got an appointment on the same day. The appt was nice and quick, and I got the medication I need. Staff are all lovely and helpful, both the docs and the reception team.
