I have asked to speak with the practice manager on 2 occasions as I want to complain about the absolute dire service .no call back but it's ok it's on my route home so I'll get to you The staff at reception have no clue I'm being polite here I try to hold on to my sanity when. Dealing with them but they make it difficult I just think they don't really care and it's written all over their faces. they literally do not even pretend now They didn't even take my name last time just rude Disgusting Catalogue of catastrophies Advising everyone who has difficulty here to contact local MP before they kill someone here. Speaking with reception is like running the gauntlet.i cannot understand just how inept they are and hold down a job If they worked elsewhere they would be fired and face prosecution.... They stink at their jobs

In may i reported an issue that i’ve been having with my skin which have progressively gotten worse. From since then I had received NO response from them or dermatology, in which i made a call in August to chase this up to find out that not only had they received confirmation from dermatology that i wasn’t able to proceed with my treatment but also failed to notify me in any way, not via mail, email, text or call. No Doctors surgery should be lower than 3.5 stars, 1.4 stars is shameful!!! at this point you’re just messing with peoples lives. Not to mention I was there for mental health treatment and had an appointment at 3:30pm and still had not been seen to by 4pm, So doctors can be late to their own appointments but let you be 5 minutes late and you have to cancel and rebook decades away because we all know these people don’t have time for anyone, if you have mental health issues you might as well just kill yourself because all these people do is pump you with anti depressants and talk to you like a child anyway. They don’t accept walk ins… but their phone lines are never working? Are we like supposed to die or..what?

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!!!! Horrible service from the reception. They don’t pick up the phone no matter when you ring, and when they do pick up you spend over 20 minutes playing 21 questions with the receptionist. They Also intimate questions as if she was the one diagnosing me. Called this morning, after waiting for so long TRISH picked up the phone and then left me on the side talking to someone else about another patient private details and when asked her if she was talking to me she said “I’m not talking to you” after I finally got her attention I tried to reiterate my concern about my child she was talking over me and I could get a word in at one point she told me to “stop talking” despite the fact she was talking to others and leaving me on the side. Before this I was in server pain and was a advised to see my GP by another doctor, they refused to give me a appointment, when i told them I urgently needed an appointment the receptionist was laughing with her colleagues at which point they started playing pass the phone with me. Was brought to tears by their lack of professionalism, dismissive attitude and absolute lack of empathy. The reviews clearly reflect their terrible service. If you want to be heard and treated with respect by your GP I would recommend you go somewhere else as I will today.

Leaving this practice as I've finally had enough. The reception team is truly awful, they have no empathy or manners and they shouldn't be in a patient facing role. Seems like they've had no training in communication or professionalism. Extremely rude and unhelpful - this happens every time I need to call them for anything. We are a family full of working professionals (including healthcare) and therefore understand the importance of empathy when talking to patients, and I can safely say this team has no idea how to do this. Would highly avoid this practice - definitely would not recommend!

Reception staff seamed most irritated that I needed their help. Not interested that the self check in wasn't working and disbelieving that my daughters appointment was at the time confirmed by sms...suggest some customer service training and a spot of empathy. Dr did see us, medical staff helpful and reassuring.
