After our nightmare 4 hours wait on the m62 for the RAC to get us… these guys fixed our car same day even though they are super busy… made my weekend… thanks so much PS it’s not a bmw if it doesn’t go on the platform at least once! 🤫😂

Top garage... Fantastic service from BN works! Had a car requiring new engine loom, they carried out the work way ahead of stated time, also great price. Nice clean garage, very friendly/knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommended....Thanks

Very impressive first experience away from Mini dealers. Our car developed an unexpected fault which required recovery as the car was undrivable. BN works were very helpful and responsive on the phone despite no previous dealings with them. They set realistic expectations that the car would probably not be even looked at until next week due to their acuity, but we accepted this and were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call only 2 days later with a full diagnosis, common sense recommendations and an estimate of time to repair and service. Car collected this morning, very friendly customer service with a comprehensive review of work completed and future items to be covered. We could not be more satisfied with the level of responsiveness, communication and value for money. We would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent from the guys at BN Works. Serviced our BMW 1 series They were roughly half the price of the price of the main dealers and I got a much better service overall. Idrive was updated on the main BMW servers and I'm very happy Thanks again guys. I'll deffinitely be back next year and recommend you to family and friends.
