Awesome garage. My main concern with garages is their honesty as I don’t really know my way around cars. These guys are genuinely honest and charge very fairly for a great job and service.
Absolutely outstanding service from G L Motors! I recently took my car in for an MOT and service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was amazing. Raj was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process to me, which I really appreciated. I got my car back the same day, running perfectly — quick, efficient, and reliable. It’s rare to find a garage you can truly trust, but G L Motors have definitely earned my confidence. I took my car to GL Motors in November to have an indicator stalk replaced. It took several attempts to complete the repair, which initially cost me £156, they wanted to charge more for the mistakes they had made, but I refused. In January I took my car to another garage where it failed its MOT because the horn wouldn’t work, so I then took it to a qualified electrical engineer.He was appalled at the damage done to the clock spring whilst the first indicator stalk was installed, the air bag light had been by-passed by inserting a resistor, stopping the air bag from working should I have had an accident,and, the horn had been affected in the same way. This cost me a further £ 355, but at least it’s safe to drive now. I would never trust GL Motors with my car ever again.
My husband and I have been regular customers at GL Motors for many years and I really can’t recommend them enough. Nothing is too much for Raj and his team. They have gone above and beyond for us on many occasion. Always trying to get our cars back to us as quickly as possible whilst keeping the price as low as they can. GL Motors is definitely a friendly, helpful and trustworthy garage. Thank you Raj and team! Nicky and Steve 😀👍
