I would just like to express great appreciation of the excellent help I received from Jay, the assistant manager, at Chapel Allerton, just before Christmas. It was very late in the day when I was in desperate need of a head lamp bulb to replace and on my arrival at your garage, I was greeted enthusiastically by Jay and he very confidently declared he could resolve my problem, which he did very quickly, and I was on my way literally within only a few minutes. Jay's very helpful attitude and courteous approach are rare qualities these days and he is a great ambassador for Kwik Fit. Many thanks again Jay and I wish you continued success in your career!
I went in today to get a new set of tyres, but I couldn’t find my locking wheel nut key. I was about to leave empty-handed when Christian stepped in. He was really polite and insisted on helping me look for it. Turns out, I didn’t actually need it after all! Not only did he save me a second trip, but he also finished everything in under an hour. Really impressed with the quick, friendly service. Five stars all the way—thanks! Now, I just hope the tyres last as long as the great service!
I used to take my car to the dealer-approved garage when my vehicle was under warranty. This involved driving to the other side of Leeds and relying on friends to pick me up and drop me off at the garage. The car was with the garage from 8am until approx 4pm - driving across Leeds in rush hour both ways! Last year I realised my local Kwik Fit carried out MOTs I decided to give them a try. I was so pleased with the service they gave that I decided to use them again this year I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The inspection was carried out within the timeframe promised. After my MOT, the member of staff explained what action I needed to take to maintain the safety of my vehicle As previously stated, this is the second time I've used Kwik Fit for my MOT and will continue to use them in the future
Managed to get me in on a Sunday when I’d blown a tyre. Team members were so friendly and helpful. I will be using again.
This is my second visit to kwik fit. Staffs are very friendly.One of the staff Bali was great and he did a great job. Fixed new tyres as quickly in less than half an hour. Highly recommend
