From booking an appointment to advise prior to having hair done for myself and my wife. Louise was just fabulous making us feel at ease. Hair turned out better than expected, as we were nervous but pleased with results. Alot of patience as I can be fussy at times. Cut and colour was spot on. Thank you again Lou, see you soon. Literally the best! I’ve been getting my hair done by Louise for roughly 3-4 years and will never go anywhere else. I’ve always wanted to go as light as possible (naturally dark brown), I’ve always had the best results without damage to my hair. Finally decided to go a bit darker today and I love it! Thank you so much Louise, had a lot of compliments! Your the best. Ps, the staff are lovely! Such a lovely atmosphere x

Louise gave me the best haircut I have ever had in 73 years! Such a treat to look in the mirror and appreciate her handiwork. I came across the salon by chance at the end of september when revisiting my old home ground and as long as I am able to travel from Northumberland I will look forward to good hair cutting by Louise.

Very good service, I am so happy with my new haircut .I haven't cut my hair in about 10 years at a salon, and I have damaged it a lot with bleaching and colouring it at home. I was afraid a bit of cutting my hair, but Adele helped me a lot and changed my hair in a way that now feels so healthy and great. I am so happy and I would recommend her to everyone. I will definitely go back! Thank you very much again Adele!
