I attended Dermatology on 9th December 25 for a minor procedure. The receptionist, Helen, was very welcoming, and made me feel at ease. The staff were amazing, full of information about my procedure, which went very well. I have nothing but praise for the whole team! X
I visit the dermatology unit here. Staff are first class. Dr Montgomery is the best. Polite efficient and always available via email.
22nd April again went to the Chapel Allerton Hospital for a Dermatology appointment. They were very good, meet some good people from India(Dr Hera) and different Asian Nations. Also the 1st time I got a great experience about Dermoscopy The lady named Olivia was very kind and help me to explore my problem properly. Highly appreciated and recommended Dermatology Department and hope they will find out my problem. Thanks NHS team Leeds😊
This was my first time visiting this hospital. I was referred by my GP for a walk-in X-ray. There was plenty of parking when I arrived, with good space between the bays which made parking easy. It was £3.10 for two hours, and just over £4 for four. I headed to the X-ray department, was greeted with a friendly smile from the lady on reception, and who checked me in. Once inside, a radiologist came over, asked a few quick questions, and then took me through for the X-ray. The whole thing was really quick, and all the staff were lovely. Overall, a really smooth and pleasant experience.
Can't fault the doctors and nurses at this clinic once you get seen, BUT it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. I've made numerous attempts at phoning the clinic (to different phone numbers) to ask about my future appointments but the phone rings out absolutely every time!!! Pretty disgraceful considering I am worrying about my condition and I want to speak to someone, after a 40 week wait to be seen! My review is based on the inability to speak to someone.
