Lovely staff, really friendly and had many conversations with the woman doing my nails unlike other nail salons. Nails were perfect she was very particular and precise about making them perfect, no bubbles or fluff etc. Also had a pedicure and my feet are now matching and lovely and smooth. Open until 7 most nights which is brilliant when working through the week. 10/10, family business, local, friendly staff and perfect nails Thankyou.

Absolutely shocking. Wasn’t even busy so can’t blame that. The man is so rough was filing my skin. And when I told him he was just plain rude. My nails are awful have bumps and bubbles in them like a 6 year old has done them. He got acrylic all round my fingers and when I tried to pick it off he pulled my hand back away. Got home and spent an hour picking all the acrylic he’d got round my finger off. Was a bit sceptical because of the bad reviews but tried anyway and would not recommend at all.

AVOID THIS NAIL SALON! Went here 3 days ago paid £35 for French tip, the day after my gel polish started to chip and started to go lumpy like it had been applied too thick. My thumbs are two different shapes and my nails look like they’ve been on for weeks not 3 days. I messaged the account on instagram 4 times ( because the number they have doesn’t ring through) and my messages were seen and ignored. Terrible customer service. Even though I’ve been here before and had no issues with my nails, I will never step foot in here again after this experience.

Great service and my acrylic nails were done to a high standard. Will definitely return and would highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

where to begin? i messaged them on instagram several times and they ignored me multiple times,left my messages on opened,once i finally got a reply,i was actually happy with the price they quoted for my nails,when i got to the salon,they were very rude to me when i asked them if they could fix the shape of one nail and started saying i was wasting their time,and then they proceeded to charge me £15 more than they had originally said! i was not happy at all with the way they treat customers,but i have to give credit where credit is due,they were actually very good with the nail art but i still dont think they should overcharge by that much even when in showed them the message where they said the original price!!
