Booked a redelivery - the post man didn't even bother to ring the bell and "try" to redeliver! I am surprised these people have jobs - the funny part is that they have the nerve to parks the post office car in our car park while they do their rounds but can't be bothered to deliver parcels to the residents! Disgusting behaviour

I honestly don't know why this place is rated higher, I went recently when I was dealing with a missing parcel and I know at some point it went through this delivery office, so I went and explained the situation I dealt with a Scottish man and he was sooooo helpful was able to search for the parcel and search through system to find out where it was (it was at a post office for collection but tracking hadn't updated for a week). So he told me to go and check to see if they had it (they did!) but if they didn't to come back and see them. Legit the best experience ever being a royal mail delivery office

No attempt made at delivery. Was standing downstairs in front of the gate and got a message saying " delivery attempted " this was on a Saturday so obviously just a lazy driver not even making an attempt to deliver the parcel. Some people have medications they need delivered with in 24H tracked.

horrible horrible service! the worst one. waiting from my passport from visa centre. they did not even give tracking number to my email or phone nor a red card in mailbox. they attempted delivery, but of course i am working, and no tracking number no redcard, how i am suppose to expect anything! asked the visa centre, got tracking number on wed. try redeliver on thursday, wait until 1.30 pm, no delivery. then they tried to redeliver at 2pm when i went to work already. email said we’ll try to redeliver friday. i was waiting “The whole day”, still not coming. i went to their delivery office today, bring my tracking number and BRP id. but the lady insist does not give it to me because i dont have red card (FOR GOD sake YOU DID NOT LEFT ONE). I was told to go back and wait at home instead when clearly my passport is in there.
