Avoid this tradesman at all costs. This is not a removal company, more a man with a van that has some friends from high school that will help out if they are about. Our move occurred on the 30th August 2024 and there are still issues outstanding to this day. No care taken when removing expensive items. Do not have the knowledge of removing a washing machine stating we had a faulty valve and the washer machine had to stay until my 63 year old disabled mother had to get on her hands and knees to teach the owner of this "company" how to switch off a water valve, failed to re-install this in the new property and had to be done by myself. None of the furniture was in place, the garage was left in a mess with the refrigeration appliances just dumped in the middle. Both my mother and I have literally had to do their jobs for them. The agreement was this company would do all the moving as both my mother and I are disabled. This did not happen. I have had to leave belongings at neighbours houses and have made over 10 trips in total as this tradesman and his staff would go missing for hours, at one time stopping for a "pub sandwich". This tradesman is understaffed and ill equipped to be doing house moves. No dust sheets of their own, the staff are incapable of carrying heavy objects resulting in damage to our leather sofas as you can see from the photos and our 75 inch screen. The sofas have been repaired under what I thought was this tradesman's insurance policy, however the upholstery repair team stated they were hired privately which meant the tradesman had not put in the claim for our 75 inch TV even though I had provided a full engineers report from Sony, photos and videos of the damage evidencing that there was inadequate packaging. When we contacted the tradesman to ask what was happening with the TV, we were told an independent engineer was needed. On Monday 21 October 2024 the tradesman turned up out of the blue with another friend who claimed to be a "TV man". The tradesmen and his "engineer" barged their way into my property, "assessed" the TV and stated we had caused the damage and then proceeded to get very hostile and violent with my mother and I. A police report has now been filed and will now be seeking costs to be recovered via small claims court.

Best removal company I have used would definitely be using them again, very professional and take extra care with your belongings.
