Great value room, basic but clean with comfy bed and pillow. Tea coffee and water provided and toiletries in bathroom. Fan and fridge in room was unexpected bonus. Owner and staff friendly and accommodating cannot complain for the price we paid

The hotel is in a good location, about 50 minutes’ walk from the city centre. It’s clean and tidy, both inside and outside. The room was well-kept with clean bed linen and tea, coffee, and a kettle provided. The bathroom was clean but showed some signs of age. Overall, it was ok and comfortable.

This place is minty and very unhygienic dont ever stay here. They have partys or events on multiple times a week so can never park your car there and the place was absolutely filthy mold and cigarette smoke was everywhere. Be better off buying a sleeping bag and sleeping on the street. Disgusting place

Booked for two nights and discussed with manager the possibility of an early check in which was accommodated. But upon arrival the bed was a single and could not stay. Manager was understanding and agreed to cancel. However, a year later I am still to recover the money I paid. Booking.com has been particularly unhelpful and would not process my refund. They claim the hotel did not confirm the cancellation. Real terrible and unprofessional of them. A big company ripping vulnerable people. Shame on you booking.com. Would never book with them again. .

The hotel has recently been renovated, and it looks amazing now. Breakfast service will also be starting very soon. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. It’s located close to the beautiful Potternewton Park, a perfect spot to enjoy your mornings with some exercise. Right next door, you’ll also find a variety of multicultural restaurants and takeaways, as well as diverse supermarkets. The hotel is right in the heart of Chapeltown, Chapel Allerton, and Harehills—so you’ll have plenty of great opportunities to explore and enjoy. I can’t wait!
