The instructors at Chapel Allerton are the best in Leeds. Their anatomy and physiology knowledge is fantastic and are always supporting me to correct my alignment/posture to maintain safe practice
Incredibly welcoming and friendly teacher! Even though I was new to the group, it didn't feel like I was an intruder, and I had a lovely time. Tried out some new moves on the reformer and the teacher was careful to make sure that I was keeping up and comfortable with everything. I'll definitely be back!
This is the most down to earth Pilates studio I've ever been to. The staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere and other clients are all ages and abilities. It doesn't matter who you are or how much Pilates you've done, Sarah was so attentive and checked im throughout, explained everything and her cueing was amazing. What an amazing community! We were all chatting and laughing the whole way through.
The loveliest Pilates studio ever! So nice location and harmonic space. I appreciate highly qualified teachers who are able to practice on various equipment available. I can sincerely recommend it to everybody who minds his body :)
I went to a beginner reformer class with Kate and it was brilliant - really clear instructions and has certainly built up my confidence using the carriage/reformer. Looking forward to coming back for more apparatus classes , thank you Rowana for having a chat with me after class about all the classes on offer. Great studio, highly recommend ✨🌞
