Our reputation depends on the service we provided to our internal and external customers.</p> <p>Main purpose of the role: To liaise and manage relationships with internal and external</p> <p>clients, delivering a fast and efficient service dealing with property sales on behalf of</p> <p>builders and other corporate property disposal companies. To arrange the marketing of</p> <p>property with both Spicerhaart and independently owned estate agents.</p> <p>Location: Part Exchange & Group Clients</p> <p>Accountable to: Operations Manager</p> <p>Grade: A1 Salary: £24,000 + Commission OTE: £33,000</p> <p>Activities / Main Duties:</p> <p>• Consistently achieve targets and goals set for sales of Part Exchange, Assisted</p> <p>Move and/or Quick Purchase properties.</p> <p>• Confidently deal with clients customers from initial appraisal request stage.</p> <p>• Receive and process appraisal requests and marketing instructions from both</p> <p>developer and corporate clients in a timely and efficient manner.</p> <p>• Take an active role in your team to drive and deliver success, always pushing</p> <p>for consistently high service standards and performance.</p> <p>• Provide reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where</p> <p>necessary to achieve objectives and goals.</p> <p>• Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and</p> <p>professional manner.</p> <p>• Communicate confidently via telephone where possible, building upon and</p> <p>maintaining business relationships.</p> <p>• Respond to emails/written communication clearly and concisely, ensuring</p> <p>grammatical precision.</p> <p>• Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information,</p> <p>documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are</p> <p>recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.</p> <p>• Ensuring at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and</p> <p>service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis.</p> <p>• Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third party services</p> <p>including RICS valuations, contractor and other reports as required.</p> <p>• Work closely with the Part Exchange & Group Clients’ extended team to ensure</p> <p>good communication with regard to workload, turn-around times and any client</p> <p>specific challenges.</p> <p>• Manage own workload but as part of a team and complete required actions</p> <p>through the effective use of our bespoke operating platform ‘Rosie’.</p> <p>• Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external)</p> <p>to ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light.</p> <p>• Attend all training sessions & meetings as and when required, putting outcome &</p> <p>actions into practice without delay.</p> <p>• Study and review all company policies to ensure your knowledge remains current</p> <p>and you have completed tests within timeframes set.</p> <p>• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required by your colleagues and</p> <p>management team.</p> <p>• Prioritise work, chase agents and other stakeholders to ensure all actions are</p> <p>completed in line with Service Level Agreements.</p> <p>• Ability to support other areas of the Division with minimal supervision or support</p> <p>when requested.</p> <p>• Maintaining accountability and integrity at all times.</p> <p>• Identify new business and regularly update market intelligence</p> <p>• Monitor competitors and familiarise yourself with their “product” and services and</p> <p>understand who their client base is.</p> <p>• Promote “one business” ethos to other parts of the Group where possible.</p> <p>• Identify new opportunities and communicate these effectively to relevant</p> <p>colleagues.</p> <p><br /></p> <strong>The finer details</strong> <p>To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK <em>(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)</em></li><li>We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:</li><li>Passport/Birth Certificate</li></ul> <p>We will also need</p> <ul> <li>Proof of Address</li><li>National Insurance</li></ul> <p><br /></p>
