If you are staying in the area the best way to travel for us is by train, you know when it is coming and when it is cancelled so you can make a decision, not like being at a bus stop when it doesn't turn up. We used it to nip into Hebden Bridge and Todmorden, excellent service.
Very modern, tidy car park with plenty space
The walk to the manchester bound platform from the carpark is insane. You have to go right down the hill, around the station, then back up the hill. Typical Northern being too cheap to put a bridge in.
Brilliant space to practice for a Motorcycle mod 1 test.
Not the same character as the original one. But ok .
