Lovely apartment in a great location, and spotlessly clean. The stairs although mentioned were extremely steep. It was detailed as dog friendly but maybe needs to be dogs accepted as too many rules e.g. not on the furniture or upstairs, other places we have stayed use throws etc so the dog can feel at home. A extra dog bowl would be useful as only one provided. Maybe a gate on the stairs as even the best behaved dog will try and sneak upstairs when you are not looking. This would also be useful if booked by a family. Great addition of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely smart tv and games cupboard (although you may need to purchase some dice as all seem to be missing). No instructions available for the cooker hob and too space age to work out. Fantastic shower! And perfect addition of en-suite toilet as don’t fancy those stairs in the night! Plenty of information about local takeaways and walks in the area. We travelled by train and only about five minutes level walk to the apartment. Very spacious bedroom but lacking in storage so we were mainly using the floor! If returning to the area, we would definitely rebook.

This is a fantastic apartment with a lovely view of the church and river. The church clock did strike throughout the night, so as a light sleeper, I chose the back bedroom. Short walk to railway station, and the bus stop for Hebden Bridge is outside. A few eating/drinking establishments locally but we got the bus to Hepden Bridge each day. A great little Clog Factory nearby for all your Clog needs. We definitely hope to return.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The view from the living room window was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I loved the induction cooktop. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathtub was quite luxurious after a full day of wandering around. Very close to trains and buses.

Lovely compact apartment, really well equipped, even down to tea, coffee, sugar and sachets of milk in the fridge. Lots of kitchen utensils. Immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided too, over and above attention to detail. Peaceful. Train station ten minutes away and Sainsbury’s local five minutes. Good bus service. Hosts easy to contact. Even washing machine tablets!!! Highly recommend.
