Service completely depends on who serves you. One of the guys is really nice, friendly and professional. The other is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Think his face would shatter if he cracked a smile, never says please or thank you, won’t make eye contact and just mumbles and grunts at you rather than speaking.
Uzair is rude and obnoxious thats if he speeks at all. I dont think he knows how to smile. All the other staff are very nice and helpful and very polite.
Staff need to be properly trained sent 3 Amazon returns in one box had three return qr codes to scan. Sorry can only scan one never had a problem at any other post off so rude aswell.
Post Office inside the BP (formerly shell) petrol station. Convenient for Amazon returns. Staff at post office counter apparently nonverbal, but petrol station counter staff gave friendly greeting.
Fantastic service, friendly, approachable and helpful staff, convenient opening hours (24 hours) and great prices. Genuinely the hub of scissett.
