Cliffe Woods and Park

Lovely small woodland walk good paths easy to get around.There are a few benches dotted throughout. Nice garden area with benches and seating. Very peaceful and relaxing place.

Absolutely brilliant! We visited for light the woods 2022. Such a beautiful display, it’s so lovely to see local schools and community come together to make a special night. It was busy and the path was thin but everyone took their time and waited their turn. We took our all terrain pram so our 1 year old could enjoy them. The stairs were a little tricky but we got up and down ok. Thank you so much, hopefully it’s on again next year 🥰💕

We only arrived in the area on the 11/11/24 and we thought we’d visit light up the woods last Saturday how wonderful for all the family and the local community to put on such a show we met so many lovely people looking forward to integrating into the community

Took little one for a walk, it's a linear wood that's a good size for little legs. We went up and down the dippy paths but there is a regular more accessible path to walk on. If you walked on both paths 'around' the wood you would go up or down at least one set of steps. Theres a lovely layered garden at the entrance to the wood and a lovely picnic area a little down the path before going into the trees.

Don't be put off by all the bikers, thee is a lovely walk through mature woodland heading towards Grenoside
