Holly Park Care Home

My mum is in this care home and the staff there are lovely very caring and go above and beyond for the residents that are there. They make you feel so welcome and look after us has a family when we go see mum. The manager is very friendly and easy to talk to and is always there to talk to if you need her so glad my mum is looked after here. Thank you to all staff at Holly park

The staff are lovely but the place isn’t very nice. It’s scruffy, run down and is in need of a good clean. It smells like a giraffe enclosure. There is urine in chairs and on the floors and there’s nothing for the residents to do. Only saw the food a couple of times but that was enough. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I’m so grateful my mum was only there for respite. The one star is only as I couldn’t give any less. But this is no reflection on the staff who were doing a brilliant job. I feel for them in this working environment.

Could not fault the care team here, such lovely staff and you can really see the bond and dedication they make for the residents here. Was made to feel welcomed from the minute i came in. 10/10

Been to seen my aunty, the place isn't good,my aunty is crying she hates the place, rooms are shabby and disgusting. A one star is enough, wouldn't recommend this place its awful

If your looking for a excellent home to place loved ones, Lovely home ..excellent staff and care ..made sure my grandad was well cared for and happy all of the time .
