Shine Bright Day care & Out of School Club

I had high hopes when I enrolled my child at Shine bright but unfortunately, my experience with the owners has been extremely disappointing. While the caregivers themselves seem attentive and kind, the way the owners treat parents is shockingly rude and unprofessional. stressful . The owners to treat parents with such a lack of respect and courtesy. Their attitude has made what should be a supportive environment feel unwelcoming. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone unless significant changes are made to how the owners interact with families. Parents should feel heard and valued, not spoken down to.

My 2 year old has been attending this nursery one day a week since he was 7 months old (when the nursery first opened) and he settled in straight away and loves it. The staff are all friendly and keep us updated, fantastic management and the facilities and large rooms the children have are brilliant! The nursery has been through some changes and we were constantly kept in the loop which was reassuring. My 2 year old loves the animals - baby chicks especially!

Our child has been going to shine bright since it opened and we have had a fantastic experience, and our son loves his days in the nursery. Communication is great and all staff members are friendly and attentive to our child’s needs. The facilities are amazing for developing children, whilst the updates we regularly receive throughout the day whilst he is at shine bright reassures us he is having fun, whilst taking part in a range of activities to aid his development!

The staff at Shine Bright are friendly and attentive, and the environment is safe and stimulating for children. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities are age-appropriate and engaging. I highly recommend Shine Bright for anyone looking for a quality nursery for their child.

Great nursery, my kids always have a smile when they’re on the way in and out. Flexible opening hours also helps, main thing is the safety and I feel very safe leaving my kids here. The staff are very welcoming which is also a bonus.
