Nice village style pub, only two real ales on sale but one is Robinson's trooper in great condition. There was a guy last week vaping in the pub until I mentioned it was illegal!!!!!

A good old Yorkshire pub with banter and copious amounts of merriment. Good pool table, usually winner stays on rules. Stevie and Irene run the pub well with great bar staff. Lots to get the locals involved with weekly raffles, bonus balls, wireless jukebox, football envelopes, live music etc. It's been 20 years since I've enjoyed a 'local' as much but well worth the wait. Thanks Stevie and Irene.

Monday 1st April 2024 This pub is a belter There is a great choice of well-kept real ales. The locals have a great sense of humour, and it's like been back in the 1980s inside this quaint, well run ale house Keep up the good work all involved

I go into the Station maybe one Saturday night a month and drink Trooper while I'm there, a very friendly atmosphere and they have some good bands on too.
