Before my eldest little boy started school, we were at Oakwell at least twice a week without fail. My eldest son has a dairy allergy and so could initially only have sorbet, the staff were always so vigilant in making sure they used seperate scoopers that were cleaned thoroughly. I’ll never forget in the summer walking in and the lovely girls who worked there being so excited to see us to let us know they now do vegan ice cream, not your usual boring tasteless ice cream, one that was actually catered to children. I’ve been back with my toddler after a while of not visiting and got him the same ice cream, in the same flavour, the lovely lady who always serves us remembered that it’s my eldest sons favourite flavour which I thought was so, so lovely. It’s not often my eldest boy gets a choice of what ice cream he can have, and the staff are just so so kind and thoughtful.
Miss Molly Moos does great coffees, hot chocolate, I particularly liked the tiffin. The hot food hit the spot too. Rohan and his little helper are so helpful and kind.
Lovely little cafe with a great range of drinks and food. The hot chocolate and coffee was great as were the tray bakes and customer service.
