Usually enjoy the food! But called up to inform that our little boy started choking on plastic which he found in his burger. Was told we’d receive a call back in the next 5mins as he didn’t know what to say - no call back received
Not going to lie the popcorn chicken was decent but chips were almost frozen!! Also it took a VERY long time to make for some reason😂 Asked for some garlic mayo but had his earphone in and point plank ignored me🙄 The customer service was not up to scratch at all. Will not be picking anything else up or ordering from here!
No other customers in the shop..I ordered a simple donner & chicken donner kebab in pitta with salad. After about 10 mins it came and it was put it in a brown bag then stapled together. I opened it on my way home..too far to go back and no salad in it what so ever. Think this is 2nd time they got my order wrong.
Absolutely disgusting, no hygiene standards and poor quality food. Pizza was like biting into play dough and the chicken from my burger was so tough, the dogs couldn’t even eat it. I never normally write a review but this needed to be said.
Just got a delivery of chicken and chips. Was supposed to come with a tomato ketchup dip on the side. The dip was not on the side. What I got was a congealed mess covered in the cheapest disgusting mess of a source. Which made the chips uneatable. Very poor
