Ordered tonight and the food was meant to arrive at 6:15, it hadn’t arrived by 6:45 so I called them to see where it was and was told it would be with us soon, the food then served at 19:35 and was freezing cold, I called them to tell them and was met with the person on the phone saying “it was guaranteed to be hot” I explained to them that it was in my oven beating heated up so it hadn’t arrived warm at all, I asked for a refund due to the time I had to wait and the quality of the food when it arrived, I was told that they would bring the money I paid back to my address, the time is now 21:30 and no sign of them. From looking at other reviews it looks like this is a common theme with this place.
If I could give zero stars i could. Food turned up 1 hour after was stated. Was cold, and under cooked. Very disappointed.
Where do I start? One of the worst delivery times I have ever had food came 2 hours later than it should of and was cold would not recommend this place to anyone in the vicinity of the cleckheaton area
Rang up 1 hour and 45 after ordering a delivery. Told will me another 10 minutes so that’s 2 hours. Shocking service
Good was really nice and well worth the money salt and pepper box order again tomorrow and as for the staff well done I had salt & pepper chicken box and curry sauce and prawn toast and only paid £16.00
