I had Pizzas delivered to a venue for my husband's 50th on Saturday... 28 Pizzas in total. I was promised delivery for 9pm. Arrived bang on time and hot. Thank you for your amazing service, the Pizzas were delicious.
The food is good. The fact that they have gone from being closed 1 day a week, to almost being open just one day a week, (only open Friday Saturday, maybe Sunday?) is the reason I haven't eaten there for over a year now. If you are only open a couple of days because you "make so much money" then I'm not longer a customer you lazy S+++s!
The worst pizza I have ever had. It had never seen 10 inches, it's was a small round pizza, lacked flavour. I have tried numerous takeaway pizzas around the area and this is by far the worst
we have been ordering from here for a few years, we placed an order last night 2 pizzas and 2 fries when the order came he took my money gave me 1 pizza and 2 fries when I asked where the other pizza was he snatched the food off me gave me my money back and started to walk away I asked him if he was coming back he said possible but we are busy he throw the food in the car and drove off at speed I phoned the shop up to let them know what had happened, the girl that answered the phoned passed me to a guy I could hear her saying that she had checked the order the guy said he would send the order out when it arrived the delivery guy asked what happened so I told him he said it wasn't my fault he also mentioned that the other delivery guy was the boyfriend of the girl on the phone I asked him to check the food with me when I looked at it, it was the pizza he had thrown in the car with the chips and all the food was cold he said he would sort it so off he went I then got a phone call from the girl at Pizza outlet telling me that I was rude and that the delivery guy had walked out when I asked to speak to the manager she refused and was very rude to me. Basically I was getting blamed for there errors I found the situation very upsetting,
This is my favourite place to have take out pizza in my area. The staff are always friendly and the pizza's are sooo nice 😋🍕
